About
A writer and filmmaker from Sierra Leone, I live in London.
I am a former correspondent for New African and African Business magazines, and London correspondent for InterPress Service (IPS).
I later retrained as a credit manager, working for Nestle, among others. I've just completed my first novel, “We are the Gods” –- to be published in 2011. [ I have decided to withdraw book as I will relise close to nil, unlike my would-be publishers. 9/11.]
I’m now working on a book on Pan-Africanism and documentary films. I like Marx, jazz, Sherlock Holmes and yoga.
Orwell said somewhere that, in a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
The Beefs are my very own personal revolution, as I traverse this Pinter-esque “tapestry of lies, upon which we feed.”
